Ladies Land The Gold

- Malta took the gold medal in the women’s basketball
event on Friday after a nail-biting 48-45 victory over
Luxembourg at the XIII Games of the Small States of
Europe.
It was
Malta’s third consecutive victory in an exciting game
which saw a tense finish at the end.
